PROFESSIONAL TEAM
LORI
Lori is the owner and manager of the Pendulum Salon and is proud to be celebrating 10 years of success. Before venturing into this entrepreneurial role she held positions in management and teaching in addition to being a stylist. Her motivation comes from the ever changing nature of the industry and the need to constantly grow and learn with it. Lori began her education in the early 90’s and has continued to study in New York, Boston, Orlando, and Rhode Island, attending classes in Keratherapy, color techniques and more. In addition, she and her staff continually attend seminars offered by product manufacturers like Wella, Oligo and more.
Lori would like to send her thanks and love to her family for their unending love and support from the very beginning and as she continues to realize her dream.
PAULA
Paula loves to work with clients who are looking for a change with her main purpose in becoming a stylist being to make a difference in people’s lives. During her four plus years at the Pendulum she has had ample opportunity to do that. Paula studied to be a stylist in Brazil, at the Susan and Susan Salon and School, with Tony Guy, with David Velasco and has attended numerous professional workshops such as Wella and Kertatin Complex. When she isn’t working, Paula likes to bargain hunt, go to the beach and spend time with her family.
DANESSA
Danessa became a stylist because she enjoys being able to create art through hair, making someone’s vision a reality making them feel their best about themselves when they have the style they want. She loves to work with people who place their trust in her and allow her to advise them as to what is going to work best for their lifestyle. Danessa studied at W.F. Kaynor Technical High School and has continued her education with industry workshops in new products, techniques and trends. Working at the Pendulum for more than a year now, she has practiced her specialties of blow drying and lightening services such as highlights and balayage (the art of free-hand painting highlights on the hair). She likes to spend time with family and friends, go to the beach and shop!
ERIN
Erin has been working at the Pendulum for the past seven years as our Salon Coordinator. She provides administrative support by scheduling clients, handling reception, ordering and more. Erin studied hairstyling at Oliver Wolcott Technical High School and is a licensed cosmetologist having taken advanced courses such as Keratherapy, Wella and more. Erin is also the one of the salon’s make up artists.
